The player from Sweden has been waiting for a week for the casino to pay out his winnings. The complaint was rejected because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.
Haven't paid out the winnings even though almost a week has passed.

This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. That’s why we advise players to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before they submit a complaint.
Could you please clarify when exactly you requested this withdrawal? Have you made any successful withdrawals before?

No, didn’t made any successful withdrawal before. I think it’s my bank who is the problem. They didn’t accept payments outside Sweden due to laws of money laundering. So I don’t know what to do. The bank has already sent the money back to the casino… 😭
Thank you for your reply, Jimpan96. Unfortunately, the variety and accessibility of payment methods are not managed by the casino exclusively. Several factors as the Licensing Authority, geolocation, contracts with the payment providers, and bank restrictions, all have a major influence. Therefore this doesn’t necessarily have to be the casino’s mistake.
Are there any alternative withdrawal methods available in the withdrawal section that you could use? Have you tried contacting the casino regarding this issue?
