The player from Germany played with a bonus and won. However, he is not able to withdraw his winnings. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.
I fulfilled the bonus conditions at this casino and then wanted to withdraw the money. But they don't want to pay me off and they stand across the board.
