In the meantime, Slotland has temporarily waived a so-called utility bill as further evidence - pictures of ID cards and driver's license are obviously not enough - towards me.
I immediately sent the pictures of the ID cards on Friday and received an answer on the same day that they were being checked. An answer would usually come within one working day.
Not that there wasn't enough time to check them on Friday, until Wednesday there was no answer, after which I wrote to Slotland again.
They replied that they had seen that my ID card had expired and are now requesting a copy of a utility bill again.
The ID card actually expired this summer when I asked the Ludwigsburg Citizens' Office 2 weeks before the ID card expired, because everything is limited due to Corona and only with an appointment in advance online or by phone, if at all, it was said as long as I was do not necessarily need a new ID card if I do not apply for an appointment to issue a new one during these Corona times.
I have now applied for the first free date, which is on November 2nd.
So Slotland won first.
Then in November they have to come up with new excuses to avoid having to pay off.
PS: There is no rental agreement or an electricity bill with my name on it, as I temporarily moved into an otherwise unused room in my parents' condominium due to the excellent location on the housing market.
So there are no such utility bills, with my current address.
And there are far better casinos that don't ask for utility bills.
Identity card (with my current address) / driver's license and checking whether the specified account in the name actually exists is there.

Since I couldn't get an appointment to apply for a new identity card in the Citizens' Office before November and can only get a new one in November, I will then send a copy of the new identity card and again the driver's license in November, at last Slotland practically admitted that this it is enough and has waived the utility bills in an email to me and only wanted photos of the ID card and driver's license.
If I have found an acceptable apartment at a fair price, with a rental agreement, they will also get a copy of a utility bill.
Then I request the withdrawal again and Slotland will delay again and find excuses not to have to withdraw the money.

Please understand that if you haven’t been asked to provide a utility bill at one casino, it’ll be the same list of documents in any other casino. Every house has different rules regarding KYC verification. Some casinos are anonymous hence, don’t require any kind of verification, some of them request more documents. The list of personal documents is not managed solely by casinos themselves, Licensing Authority, casino owner (brand or platform) and other factors play major role.
Please understand that without picture ID it’s close to impossible to verify your identity. Once you’ll renew it in November and send for the verification you should be able to complete KYC and receive your winnings.
