Hallo Habe in dem Casino eingezahlt 100 euro ohne gewinn und beim zweiten mal 20 euro mit bonus von 10 euro und schnell 5000 euro gewonnen habe mich schon gewundert warum der wager so lange dauert für den 10 euro bonus,den habe ich dann geschafft und das Geld war weg und man hat mir 80 euro gut geschrieben,man bekommt im chat auch keine auskunft was den max bet angeht.und in den AGBS steht nichts drin von den bonusbedingungen..

- 1BLUCKY100 maximum convertible amount is equal to 4 (four) times the bonus awarded

- 1BNODEPCB bonus maximum conversion is equal to 500 €

- FIRE30 maximum convertible amount is equal to 1500 €

- FIRE40 maximum convertible amount is equal to 1500 €

Slotimo states that the player also broke the bonus rules and played on more than 5% of his bonus, and despite this Slotimo brought the player the money he could earn.

I accidentally sent other bonuses. With the SLWEL250 bonus, you can earn up to 8 times the bonus money.

And if your bonus was 10 euros then you are allowed to play for 0.5 euros and you played for more but still gave you the money you withdrew.

If the player deposited 100€, that means he could withdrew 800€ from the bonus? Could you please advise how much did he requested for withdrawal and what amount did he already received?

This is about the bonus money of 10 euros so he could earn double 8 out of 10 euros.

The fact that you have bet over the max would not change the max withdrawal limit of the bonus away. If you did bet over the max, and the casino still paid you out, we find the case to be resolved as they acted based on their terms and conditions.
