The player's deposit did not arrive for unknown reason. The complaint was closed as the player reversed his deposits.
Dear team, I deposited 2x 200eur on 3/24/23. According to Slotimo Casino, both payments failed, but were debited from the account. Supposedly they wanted to take care of it. Unfortunately, we asked several times and got no answer. Definitely a scam. My bank service provider was commissioned with the reversal, so far also without success and again 80 € processing costs. Loss incurred €400 and bank processing €80.

I would like to warn you, that if your deposit has never been credited to your casino account, the only thing you can do is to contact your payment provider. They need to investigate, but bear in mind, that it’s a lengthy process which takes approximately one month. In these cases, casino has its hands tied. Meanwhile, I would strongly recommend not to deposit any more funds until the issue is sorted.
If the money got lost during the transaction, it’s going to take some time before it’ll be credited to your casino account.

Money was taken back after bank complaint. Unfortunately 80 € processing costs. Stay away from this Slotimo Casino.

If the money was not processed in the casino, it would have returned to your bank account without any processing fee.
Unfortunately the casino is not responsible if you did request for a payment reversal as it was your decision.
As the initial issue was related to the deposits which were reversed, the complaint will be now closed.
