Hello I joined Slotimo last week put €550 of my own money in total. I brought that up to €1500 that’s sports betting through the site not on casino they rejected 2 of my withdrawals because of a rollover I said ok that’s fine rolled over and was told on live chat it was completed so I can withdraw. I did that on 23/01/2023. I was told 48 hours as it said pending and still does KYC then contacted via email for ID I sent it then asked for a selfie of me holding the ID I did now on live chat they are saying I have to wait feels like a scam they are not helpful I’ve emailed their support and receive zero emails in return what am I supposed to do? I’ve saved most of my chats and have threatened to go to the police they don’t seem to care

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.
