I actually really enjoy playing at Slotilda World and have had consistently positive experiences so far. But now I have a huge problem and I don't understand why Slotilda World is behaving like this.
I deposited an amount on Friday and clicked the 100 Free Spins Bonus on Free Spins Friday. Then I didn't want it after all and clicked it away again. Somehow that didn't work, but ok. I thought, then I just don't use the free spins and that's fine. Now I've finally, finally won (5300 euros) and wanted to withdraw 5000 euros. Now I am told that only €500 is possible because that is the maximum win from the free spins. Except I didn't use a single free spin!!! Nobody replies to my inquiries, the chat only uses standard answers and my VIP status is of no use either. I verifiably did not use the free spins. Why is Slotilda World still canceling my winnings? I am very grateful for any help. Surely it must be possible to accommodate me as a player who really left that much money there, especially since I didn't use these free spins.

ich spiele eigentlich sehr gerne bei Slotilda World und habe bisher durchweg positive Erfahrungen gemacht. Nun aber habe ich ein riesiges Problem und verstehe nicht, warum Slotilda World sich so verhält.
Ich habe am Freitag einen Betrag eingezahlt und den 100 Freispiele-Bonus am Freispielfreitag angeklickt. Dann wollte ich ihn doch nicht und habe ihn wieder weggeklickt. Das hat irgendwie nicht funktioniert, aber ok. Ich dachte, dann nutze ich einfach die Freispiele nicht und gut ist. Nun habe ich endlich, endlich mal gewonnen (5300 Euro) und wollte 5000 Euro auszahlen lassen. Jetzt wird mir gesagt, dass nur 500 Euro möglich sind, weil das der Höchstgewinn aus den Freispielen ist. Nur, dass ich nicht ein einziges Freispiel genutzt habe!!! Keiner antwortet mir auf meine Anfragen, der Chat nutzt nur Standardantworten und mein VIP-Status ist auch ohne Nutzen. Ich habe die Freispiele nachweislich nicht genutzt. Wieso streicht mir Slotilda World trotzdem meinen Gewinn? Ich bin über jede Hilfe sehr dankbar. Es muss doch möglich sein, mir als Spielerin, die wirklich so viel Geld dort gelassen hat, entgegen zu kommen, zumal ich diese Freispiele nicht genutzt habe.
