I actually really enjoy playing at Slotilda World and have had consistently positive experiences so far. But now I have a huge problem and I don't understand why Slotilda World is behaving like this.
I deposited an amount on Friday and clicked the 100 Free Spins Bonus on Free Spins Friday. Then I didn't want it after all and clicked it away again. Somehow that didn't work, but ok. I thought, then I just don't use the free spins and that's fine. Now I've finally, finally won (5300 euros) and wanted to withdraw 5000 euros. Now I am told that only €500 is possible because that is the maximum win from the free spins. Except I didn't use a single free spin!!! Nobody replies to my inquiries, the chat only uses standard answers and my VIP status is of no use either. I verifiably did not use the free spins. Why is Slotilda World still canceling my winnings? I am very grateful for any help. Surely it must be possible to accommodate me as a player who really left that much money there, especially since I didn't use these free spins.

Again to explain: I received the free spins but did NOT use them. I played completely without a bonus!!! My account has been fully verified for months and I deposited 350 euros. Last contact was yesterday and it was about the cancellation of my prize. Like I said, I don't have one
