hello, on July 1st I won the progressive jackpot at Holmes of 15,500 euros. On July 2nd I was then fully verified. as stupid as one is with such a high profit. I then gambled away everything up to 1000 euros by 06.07. on 06.07 the mail came, they allegedly cannot pay out the winnings, then canceled the last 1000 euros and I should apply for them again. that was also 4 days ago. nothing happened and after 5 mails from me to the finance department consistently not answered. according to the terms and conditions, a progressive diver jackpot is paid out with the complete profit. Of course I asked. On July 2nd, when the 2,000 euros came, I still had an account balance of 13,500. I'm enclosing the answer. I don't know if I still have a chance at it, but the open 1000 euros have been available for payment for 9 days now. What can I do now? if screenshots are needed please let me know: lg jeany
hallo, ich jabe am 1.07 den progressiven jackpot bei holmes von 15.500 euro gewonnen.am 2.07 war ich dann vollständig verifiziert.da kamen dann auch 2000 euro. so dumm wie man bei einem so hohen gewinn ist.hab ich dann bis zum 6.07 alles bis auf 1000 euro verspielt. am 6.07 kam dann die mail, sie können angeblich den gewinn nicht auszahlen, haben dann die letzten 1000 euro storniert und ich soll diese wieder beantragen.auch das liegt jetzt 4 tage zurück.es passiert nichts und auf 5 mails von mir an die finanzabteilung wird konsequent nicht geantwortet. in den agbs steht, ein progresdiver jackpot wird mit dem kompletten gewinn ausbezahlt. ich habe natürlich nachgefragt.am 2.07 wo die 2000 euro kamen hatte ich noch einen kontostand von 13.500 . die antwort lege ich als anhang bei.ob ich da noch eine chance drauf habe weiß ich nicht, aber die offenen 1000 euro stehen nun seit 9 tagen zur auszahlung.was kann ich jetzt tun? sollten noch screenshots benötigt werden bitte bescheid geben:lg jeany
