I have been playing the same game, diamond dragon, for over a month. I have never seen a deposit or withdrawal process for receiving the money from the account and it only allows some type of Bitcoin withdrawal process and I don't have any type of Bitcoin account. When I signed up, it gave multiple cash deposit options, but no type of cash withdrawal option. I have contacted support thru their live chat, with no avail, as well as online thru their support email as well with no luck.. what do I do?!

Could you please advise if your account is already verified and if yes, since when exactly? Did you accumulate your winnings with real money or did you use a bonus? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

It's been verified for about 2 months, no it was a bonus and I've never gotten a response from the casino since I signed up

It gives the option to deposit with a credit or debit card, but withdrawal is only Bitcoin wallets etc
