Despite our advice to wait for 14 days and cooperate with the casino, the player failed to respond to our follow-up messages. Consequently, the complaint was rejected due to lack of communication. The player later informed us that the casino paid him out, so in the end, we closed the complaint as resolved.

Could you please specify if your withdrawal is shown as pending or if it pertains to a deposit you made to the casino?

Could you kindly confirm if you have passed the KYC verification?

I have screenshots for everything as far as the dates of the promotion I accepted which was $100 free token but I had to play so much money which was an astronomical amount. It took a while. Once I meant all terms of the promotion I then stopped gambling. Basically I was up $2,700 and it dropped money. Dropped me down to 100 is when I realized all I could withdraw was $100 so then I stopped gambling verified my account which took a couple days and then I made my withdrawal request which sat as pending for 2 weeks this whole time I was writing customer service a message on a daily basis. Sometimes more than one never received a single reply as to why my request was not going through. I went back and checked the fine like the fine print on the promotion and figured maybe I have to had to gamble $25 after making my required deposit which I had not done so then I gambled $30 lost it but was still up $100 still m of $100. After that I put in another withdrawal request and I got another email saying within 48 hours it'd be taken care of and now it's already been 5 Days since the second request still can't get any customer service I've emailed. I've tried to use their instant chat box live chat. Never got any reply. It says it's forwarding it to an agent and they'll respond. No one ever wrote back to my emails or to this. And so here I am. I have screenshots of everything showing I meant all requirements made. My deposit was verified and the withdrawal request stands as pending and that's where it's stuck

Thank you for providing me with the details. Please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests. 

That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with the casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint. 

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, please, let us know and we will intervene and try to help you.

We’ve reopened this complaint at the request of papapalmer59. The player sent us the following email:

Hwy sorry didnt see thesenmessages. They did pay. About a week ago it took a 2 months after all verification done but they paid in full
