I was winning on my bonus money trying to wager the requested amount. All of a sudden I was logged out and couldn’t access my account. I used my old email address in error which I have deleted a couple weeks ago. I asked them to update to my new email address to reset my password. Well they wouldn’t and then blocked me on chat

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I apologize, but I am not sure I understand completely what happened. How could you use an old email address? What did you delete? Did you create more than one account at this casino?
