Despite our attempts to understand the situation and help resolve the issue, the player did not respond to our messages and questions. As a result, we could not investigate the issue further and had to reject the complaint. The complaint was reopened upon the player's request, but there was no further communication from the player, leading to the complaint being rejected again.

My withdrawal was never payed out and they simply deleted the balance from my account. They say I didn't follow the T&C's which is not true in my opinion.


I requested to talk about the issue, management would reply to me within 3 days. Today is day 8 and still no reply at all. I have asked my lawyer to review this case as we speak because of the other bad reviews and because they don't reply.


And Slothino, I don't need a useless reply to this review for damage control of your "company". Instead you can reply to my emails to solve this issue. I will send a screenshot of this review to you by email so you know it's my account.


I do NOT recommend this casino.


Also, if u are from Netherlands / Germany / Austria they may have to pay your lost funds back. The Maltese gambling license is simply not valid for those countries. Multiple lawsuits have already found that online casino's had to refund players. More information about this is on Google and lawyers know about this too.

We’ve reopened this complaint at the request of Frank2838. 


I noticed that the casino informed you that your winnings were confiscated due to a maximum cashout limit. Unfortunately, if you played with a bonus wich such a limit, there is not much we could do for you. Please, let me know if there is any additional information or if I have overlooked something.
