The player was unable to play any game and requested a refund. The complaint was closed as the player stopped responding.
Deposited money with no problems but couldn't play. Support didn't help. then I wanted money back but then demanded the several documents, so far I have not been able to reset my password which - a day later - suddenly no longer works. Bad this support. No money, no game possible

Could you please advise how many games did you try to play. What exactly was the issue with them - were they unavailable or they just did not load? Did you forward them all your documents for the verification? Since when exactly is your request for refund ongoing?
