The player from United Kingdom is complaining about unauthorized transactions. We were forced to reject this case since the player didn't have strong enough evidence to assume that transactions were sent to this casino. The player was recommended to contact the bank.

Took 500£ from my account without my consent and not refunding it- no explanation why they took it , I even don’t have account with them and self excluded ages ago from all white brand casinos. Send them all proves that they charge my card, send card details and id and still nothing. 

And they asking me for my iban & swift codes - what’s that to do with it?

Do I understand correctly that you had an active account at this casino in the past, but it has been since deactivated? Could you please forward a payment receipt showing the unauthorized transactions? When did you notice that funds are being deducted from your bank account without your consent?

I can’t remember did I had previously account with them (slot planet) but definitely had with white hat company. I couldn’t locate any contact directly to the company and was trying to communicate through slot planet

Aga1010, I am sorry, but this is not enough for us to make a case and assume that these transactions were transferred to this (or any other) casino. We are an independent online casinos database that acts as a mediator resolving players’ disputes. Please, understand this is not a problem we could help with. The only thing I can recommend you is to contact your bank to investigate the transactions and decide what to do next.
