I was giving 15 free spins. I won like 14$. My playthrough requirement was 140$. I completed it along with winning more. I have submitted everything they asked for. My license was approved along with my Litecoin address. I am also a depositor and not just a free ticket player. Now they are saying they can payout because of multiple chips. I didn't win anything off of the free chips. I won off of a deposit leading up to 15 free spins. I am willing to provide all the necessary documentation to prove this.

Good morning, my apologies for not replying. I honestly thought I wasn't going to receive positive feedback. I do appreciate you reaching out, it means a lot. Moving forward, slot madness never sent me anything except for the 12$ I deposited for account verification , which they approved. They also sent me an email 2 weeks ago saying my payment is on the way. I will attach it for you. What matters here is that you haven’t made deposits between bonus claims, rather than never depositing at all. Unfortunately, if multiple bonuses were claimed consecutively without deposits in between—and the casino restricts this practice—then any balance from free spins or bonus money cannot be withdrawn.
