I was giving 15 free spins. I won like 14$. My playthrough requirement was 140$. I completed it along with winning more. I have submitted everything they asked for. My license was approved along with my Litecoin address. I am also a depositor and not just a free ticket player. Now they are saying they can payout because of multiple chips. I didn't win anything off of the free chips. I won off of a deposit leading up to 15 free spins. I am willing to provide all the necessary documentation to prove this.

Good morning, my apologies for not replying. I honestly thought I wasn't going to receive positive feedback. I do appreciate you reaching out, it means a lot. Moving forward, slot madness never sent me anything except for the 12$ I deposited for account verification , which they approved. They also sent me an email 2 weeks ago saying my payment is on the way. I will attach it for you. Its unfair because I followed all their T&C, made a deposit, and they still denied my winnings after verifying my account

I'm sure you hear this every day, but at the time I was relieved that I had actually won something, 200 bucks may not be a lot of money to most people, but to me, it's enough to provide for my family for a short time. It's heartbreaking when unexpected events take control of your life, and then get denied when you think you cought a break. Either way sorry for the novel. Have a great day
