The player from Kansas had requested a withdrawal prior to submitting this complaint. Unfortunately, her winnings hadn't been received yet. The player had used bitcoin for her withdrawal and was informed it would be denied. She had accumulated her winnings of $550 from a previous play balance of $9. She was required to pay $30 in bitcoin as a withdrawal fee. After reviewing the case, we had determined that the casino was within their rights to confiscate her winnings due to a violation of their bonus terms. As a result, the complaint had been rejected.

I had requested a $550.00 withdraw on 01/01/2024 the only option available for withdraw was bitcoin. I made a wallet, verified my identity with Slot Madness and verified my bitcoin wallet with Slot Madness by making the $30.00 deposit which made my balance with Slot Madness $580.00 for withdraw. I checked to see if their were any active bonuses while I was playing and when I requested to withdraw the funds and their was no active bonuses. On the withdraw page of Slot Madness it says my funds are on the way but I have not received them. When talking with chat customer service chat, chat mentioned that withdrawal would take 3-5 days but looked like it would be denied because of "consecutive bonus". When I logged into Slot Madness today I had $9.00 in my account I played with and did not use bonus code of "SLOTSROBIN25" which for some reason shows it was redeemed at 2:26 a.m. I was at "McLuck" at that exact time that "Slot Madness" says a "FreeSpinDeposit" request was made for the amount of $12.50. I'm not sure how a Free Spin Bonus can include a Free Chip at the same time but it looks as though the chat representative had added that bonus so Slot Madness doesn't have to pay out my $550.00 winnings. I can provide the screenshots for my transaction history, coupon history, chat transcripts, for Slot Madness, as well as "McLuck" to show I wasn't even playing at Slot Madness at 2:26 a.m on 01/01/2024 and did not request any Free Spins or Free Chips. The "SLOTSROBIN25" coupon was first available on my account after I requested withdrawal and made my requested $30.00 deposit to verify my bitcoin wallet. I have screen shots of before and after my withdrawal request showing my $550.00 on my account available for withdrawal and in the picture the coupon tab was selected and you can see I was not playing with any coupon. I have a screenshot showing after I requested withdrawal and made wallet verification deposit of $30.00 it then shows the "SlotsRobin25" coupon. I didn't use any consecutive coupons and I DO NOT HAVE MULTIPLE ACCOUNTS.

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

I was playing at McLuck at 2:26 a.m on the 1st of January in the middle of a purchase. I didn't redeem the consecutive bonus their claiming I did.

Could you please clarify how exactly you accumulated those winnings of $550? I don't see any deposits and the last time you activated any bonuses (other than the one you claim you didn't activate) was back in December.

When I had logged in on the 1st of January I had $9.00 in my account from the prior year (December) I used to play on "Big Cat Links". The total won was $580.00. I had requested $550.00 to be withdrawn and played the $30.00 I left in the account while I was waiting for payment. When I requested the $550.00 withdraw the only option they gave me was bitcoin and I couldn't request withdraw unless I paid them $30.00 in bitcoin first.

Well, I am sorry, but after reviewing all the provided information it really does look like you activated multiple free bonuses without a deposit in between. Considering the fact that this was a bonus that was clearly supposed to be activated by a coupon (and based on your bonus history it seems it was) and that casinos operating on this platform allow players to activate bonuses via coupons as they wish, it would be close to impossible to prove, that this bonus wasn't activated by you. And no, I am sorry, but some random screenshot from another casino doesn't prove that you didn't play at this one at the same time.

Last but not least, even if the second bonus wasn't activated, the winnings would be capped as they were accumulated with the previous free bonus which has a maximum cashout limit and you wouldn't be able to withdraw the full amount anyway.


Based on the provided evidence we believe that the casino confiscated your winnings in compliance with their bonus terms, therefore this complaint will now be rejected.
