The player from India had his fully verified account at Sky247 Casino blocked after winning a substantial amount. He claimed that the casino cited 'suspicious activity' as the reason and he still had a pending withdrawal from 6 days before the account suspension. The player insisted there was no suspicious activity and believed the casino was fraudulently withholding his winnings of 44 lakh rupees. We attempted to mediate the situation by inviting the casino representative to provide an explanation and resolve the issue. However, the casino did not respond within the set timeframe. Consequently, the complaint was closed as 'unresolved'.

Sky247 casino doing froud with Indian players,


If someone won big amount so sky247 casino blocked account by name of suspicious activity,


I sure I'm real player just playing and won good amount but today sky247 locked my account and saying they will never re-open my account,


My account is already verified,

I have done a withdrawal 6 days ago that's pending,

Could you please provide us with an explanation of the player's situation in more detail? What steps should the player take to unblock the account and/or withdraw his winnings?

Is it only a common account review or did the casino confiscate the disputed winnings?

If we are talking about a breach of the casino's Terms and Conditions and the funds were confiscated, is the casino able to substantiate it with relevant evidence?

There is one more possible way how you can speed the process up or try to get your winnings - to file a complaint with the gaming authority the casino is regulated by - Gaming Curacao.
