The player from the UK has been blocked without further explanation. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.
I was banned and had my account closed as they said I was playing in bad faith.. I made many deposits but had a week of winning and if a lucky streak is playing in bad faith then I’m baffled.. I couldn’t defend myself as they blocked my email address so I couldn’t reply.. so just want others to know that the games are good but don’t win to much as you will be thrown out and won’t be able to play at any of their sister sites either.. I’ve been banned from them all, with no real explanation or any chance to defend my honour

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. Please understand, that we can’t penalize the casino for closing your account. Casinos, in general, have a right to restrict or even close players’ accounts if they suspect irregular play or other questionable activities or for no reason at all.
Could you please advise if there are any funds being held by the casino? If the casino paid out all the winnings and no funds are being held, I’m afraid, there’s not much we can do for you.
