casino never added the bonus from the welcome offer but only the free spins of 110 that came included in the offer.


they say I never have chosen or revoked the welcome offer. Then how the heck I got the 110 free spins that was mentioned in the welcome offer wager free bonus.


they don’t reply to email. They don’t want to help me on chat and just close it.


i have already send a letter to their gaming commission and regulater.


please help me because I want an second chance to win back my money because their bonus was wager free so very nice to have that !


I never had problems with depo and bonus on other Starscream LTD casinos.


but this one casino makes it all negative for me now.



under their own T&c under section 9 on point 5 they have to submit me the casino bonus because of their own technical fault !


please help me I can’t get them to move along with me

my account is fully verified on 20 August when I deposit on 15-8 I directly send them

the documents that where needed.


they don’t have a option to see when u have agreed or cancelled a bonus.


have talked to them last week about this via chat but no resolution they closed two times on me after I have told them about the situation and told them why the whole bonus wasn’t added to my account. They just tell me u have another chance for the seconds deposit bonus… how can I trust this without the first bonus didn’t go well from their side.


i have send u guys also a picture of the bonus that says 100% wager free bonus plus 110 wager free spins on book of shadows from nolimit city. I have got these spins and I also send u a printscreen of me playing them when I deposit the 130 euro it was all there on my bet history that I happily have found.



did u received all the pictures I have sent with this complaint ?


I know a lot of players have issues with this casino but I have played with banzaicasino and staxino that are all from the same company " Starscream LTD" I even had a good time with staxino and they paid me in about 1 day after verification and there where no tricks or delays either and they have the same offer ass simsinos the wager free bonus. So I thought it’s all ok you just have to read their t&c good and then play the bonus. But this I have never expected to happen that a casino don’t give u the whole bonus but just the free spins and then telling u that u have revoked or never activated the bonus… then how the heck did I get the free spins and played them from the first offer deal LOL..


please help resolve this or I will go to the Canadian gambling regulator…

here the complaint I send to them unanswered.


and two regulators I also send to them but needed to wait after 22 augustus to pursue the complaint. But first I want to look what u can do for me because I trust u guys in resolving matters for players and I always look into ur best casino reviews. But this time I missed out about this one
