Hey! I wanted to give this casino a go and accepted their 20£ free chip. I hade a lovely time playing within terms and conditions and ended up with balance of 80€ after finishing wagering. When attempting to cash out 60 which was max withdrawal on this offer i see that i am not able to place any withdrawal cause of min and max limits on all methods set to 0. I then sent an email to their support on the 27th of april about wishing to withdraw and once again on 4th of may. I also tried calling their phonenumber listed on the site but was connected to 1881 which is a phone number service here in norway. So if you please could help me get in contact with simon says and help so i can get my withdrawal that would be awesome.


tl:dr - I am not able to cash out my winnings from welcome free chip. I get no respons from livechat, email or phone and suspect that i never will be able to get in contact to process withdrawal.

Yes i used the 20 signup offer chip I emailed the support and account email adresses. No responses still.

I apologize, but since we haven’t received any response from the casino regarding the issue, we cannot continue resolving this complaint and we are forced to close it as ‘unresolved’.

I am very sorry I couldn't be of more help, but at least closing this complaint as unresolved will negatively influence the casino's rating and other players can read about your experience in our review. I hope you won't come across a problem like this again.
