Hi I'm very surprised with the slow response and process on their KYC - i've sent my documents they answer one email per day at the same hour seems like the only work 1 hour per day.


I think is very unfair to take deposit straightaway but to pay they take the time that they want. Compere to other casinos this is extremely SLOW


could you please get in touch with the in order to speed up my process and also fix their internal process?
