I won this in June, I have sent all my documents via their link and email, I sent my ID, my bank statement, and a copy of my cable bill for extra for address verification! Everytime I submit an email now I get it kicked back as not delivered

The email address didn't exist! I tried it numerous times and got the weird truck response email that said it would try to send again with no luck! I will do it again and get a screenshot!
