Shinqueen Casino refused to provide pay-out despite my confirmation with the team that my bet was submitted (with successful withdrawal from my wallet), due to technical issues at third party. They have told me that nothing can be done, but I disagree, especially since they have confiscated my money for few days without any update. I would like to request either of two different things:
1. Provide me with the actual payout 2. Void and refund all the lost bet which took place 7/17-7/19, for not addressing the technical issue and providing an incomplete service that will only benefit the bookmaker. Please let me know if you can help
