Hi I’ve been playing on seven. Only blackjack on second two winnings


played 1700. Went down to about 100 got it back up to 1000 withdrew.

aent all documents got verified everything was fine. I received my money into my bank no problem.


played again blackjack. Won total of 915 euro and withdrew in two amounts.


first amount 400 on 26/10/23

second account 515 on 26/10/23


its been 14 days still not received my money. Robert the vip manager from seven keeps promising it will be done. And that’s it has been processed etc. the site has updated to say it’s been approved.


but now he’s coming back to me and saying the bank is asking to see pictures of my passport. But I already sent them twice picture of my driving licence.


something seems really dodgey to me and I can’t work out why it’s taking so long. And why they would let me successfully withdraw 1000 only to then withhold this amount currently.


please can you get to the bottom of this.

Could you please advise since when is your account fully verified? Did you accumulate your winnings with real money or did you use a bonus? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

Please keep in mind that the casino may request for the same documents or reverification anytime and the player must forward it in order to process any payout.

It’s been verified for almost 5 weeks. Since I first wtihrew 1000 euros into my bank account.


I’ve since sent them my driving licence twice and a copy of my passport and have been getting the same answers from Robert the vip manager via email everyday saying.


"funds are released will in your bank in a few days" but nothing ever goes into my bank.


i email everyday and they only reply every 3 days. I find it hard to believe they can’t make a payment in the time frame of 4 weeks.


to answer about the bonus. I’ve only been playing with real money. Never had or activated a bonus. I think I’ve learnt from that mistake when my winnings from mystake got confused.


so all real money. All should be paid out to me. Can you please do something about this as it’s really stressing me out.

Hi they still have not paid me out. Keep sending me same emails daily saying will be two day, two days etc.


they are now asking me for bank statements should I send to them or wait for you guys to make contact.


also they are saying it’s their banks issue but I had a friend make an account three days ago and he withdraw and it’s already been paid to him

If they are still requesting documents from you, it means that the verification is not complete or they need to re-verify you. Please be sure to forward them what they request otherwise the case won't move forward.

I am verified. This is their response in regards to bank statements. I’ve been paid out before from this casino so I don’t get what the issue is. I did tell you already I’ve been verified twice using nothing digging licence and passport.

Based on the e-mail from the casino, it seems that they have paid out the money and they need your bank statement to prove that the payment did not arrive to it. Did you forward them since then?
