The player from the United Kingdom, after depositing 3000 euros, had his withdrawal cancelled due to alleged rule violations of betting over 2 euros per spin while using a bonus. The player disputed this, claiming that his winnings were not from these higher bets. The casino had verified his account and refunded his 50 euros from the bonus offer, but had since closed his account and banned his email. The player had requested a breakdown of his wins and losses, as well as a refund of all his deposits. He also claimed that the casino was not allowed to accept UK players. However, we had clarified that it was the player's responsibility to follow their country's gambling laws and adhere to the casino's terms and conditions. Since the player had confirmed betting over the allowed limit, we concluded that the casino had the right to void his winnings. The complaint was subsequently closed.

Deposited 3000 euros ...

They are refusing to pay out due to stating I gambled 2 euros on games but I never won anything playing 2 euros and over ... Had it up to 1900 an played down to 1400 euros and then it allowed me to withdraw and then they cancelled the transaction stating I had broke rules but I never won anything playing 2 euro spins and above.

Im unsure what your asking.


I played with the bonus till the bonus ran itself out, then I withdrew.


I had deposited 30 plus times from starting.


They verified my account yes.


I had withdrawn money previously.


But this time they stated I had won using bets placed over 2 euros.


They refunded my 50 euros from the bonus offer.


I had used 20 bonuses before.


They never refunded any of the previous bonuses.


They don't tell you not to place bets over 2 euros it's in the fine print.


They have closed my account and banned my email.


They refuse to discuss.


I asked them to show me what games I won with bets of 2 euros.


They refused to send me a breakdown or refund all my bonus activated deposits where I placed bets of 2 euros.


When I asked why haven't you refunded all my deposits they said this time was a token gesture.


I'm in England and I've read they aren't supposed to verify English accounts.

Can you please advise what kind of bonus were you using as last? How much did you deposit and how much bonus did you receive?

Please note that if the bonus had a maximum bet limit, the casino had right to void the winnings if you did breach this term.

I have asked for the full details of every spin and every win to show what I won on 2 euros.


I've also asked for the wins less than 2 euros.


Your company hasn't supplied that.


Also I'm waiting for a full refund of all my deposits as your company is breaking the law - I'm based in the UK and your not supposed to allow UK players on your site.

Dear leebarrettbuyer,

Firstly, we are not the casino. Also the casino is not obligate to refund anything as you registered there and agreed to their terms and conditions. If your country of residence has any gambling laws, it is the player's responsibility to follow them.

If you did bet over 2€, you breached the bonus conditions and they had the right to void your winnings no matter if the bets were winning or losing bets.

Absolute farce and an absolute con !!


Who reads pages of fine print !!


It should state on their bonuses clearly when depositing there is a maximum bet, it should restrict you and not allow that bet - it's set up that way to con people.


It's an absolute joke !!


I read online these aren't even registered and I read online that they are not supposed to allow UK gamblers .


Some help cheers !!

Dear leebarrettbuyer,

It would be great to see casino to implement a system where the player is not allowed to bet over the maximum limit. However, that is not the industry standard yet and you as a player agreed to their terms when registered. Those terms are there for a reason and you should always read them when registering somewhere.

As you did confirm the bet above the allowed limit, there is unfortunately nothing we can do as the casino had right to void your winnings, therefore we will be now closing the complaint.
