Hello, I did a deposit from 150 euro but it's never credit to my account. I have a originele complaint number (334650) and send a lot of email to them. They don't react.. if I ask livesupport about is they say that they will contact my as soon as possible. My complain is from april this year! I want my deposit from 150 back l. I deposit with my Neteller account and Neteller confirm that the payment is made to select.bet.

Could you please send us some kind of confirmation of your casino account that no deposit has ever arrived from your Neteller account? Could you please confirm that you would rather receive your deposit back and not to get your deposit on your casino account? Is your casino account at Select.bet casino still active and are you able to login?

I apologize, but since we haven’t received any response from the casino regarding the issue, we can not continue resolving this complaint and we are forced to close it as ‘unresolved’. I am very sorry I couldn't help more, but at least closing this complaint as unresolved will negatively influence the Casino's rating and other players can read about your experience in our review.
