The player from Germany requested a withdrawal a week ago, but it still hasn’t been received. Additionally, she has deposited money into her account, but the funds seem to be lost. This complaint was successfully resolved.
I habe a withdrawal payment in the amount of 190€ last Friday December 3 ( Klarna and Skrill) but until now I did not receive it.
All my deposit payments are with Klarna Support and Skrill transaction.
Today I make a deposit payment in the amount of 15€ and until now is not available in my deposit account by select. bet. But I received email from Skrill that this amount deducted in my Bank account .

This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. That’s why we advise players to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before they submit a complaint. If you don’t receive your winnings by then, please, let us know and we will try to help you.
If your deposit has never been credited to your casino account, the only thing I would recommend is contacting your payment provider, as this is a standard procedure. The payment provider needs to investigate what happened to your funds, but bear in mind, that it’s a complicated process which takes one month approximately. In these cases, casino has its hands tied.

My withdrawal payment of 190€ , last December 3( Thursday not Friday)is until now by processing .
