The player from Hungary has been accused of opening multiple accounts. Admittedly, his wife had an account in the same casino. The issue was related to the player's wife account, hence, we rejected this complaint as unjustified.

It is very hard for us to write about this story. It happened today, we just hope it is not going to happen with us. Unfortunately it looks serious.

Me and my wife made a registration on this website. She create a profile and me too for myself. They allow to put money to my account and I loose a lot money. After I loose my wife stars to play and she won a lot. She was so happy because I loose before and she win. She used her card,she register eith her name. Only problem we usually love to use similar nickname,because we are couple. So today, after 2 weeks waiting we got a bad news. We are close to cry. They said it is duplicate account. Can you imagine, me I m man,she is a woman. Different persons. And they took all of we win. At this moment we are waiting for to get back that she put to the account. They stole her money. It was close to 190 million hungarian ft. This email and review it is just the start. I already speak with our lawyer who start the case to contact with the international police department who responsible things like this. We have many screenshots,videos,speaks,emails. We don t cheat and we don t use the same laptop,we don t use the same ip or anything else. She played. Bellona NV they are bad people. We are really close to cry. Guys they are the biggest cheaters ever. I alredy contact with important people in Hungary to start cancel their service and make it not available in Hungary. I already wrote to Google to not allow them to advertise or cancel every single ads which promote them. I have tools and contact to make a big problem for their. We read many reviews here and we just hope it not going to happen with us. Avoid from them. You can pay with your life.

Do you and your wife share any of the following: household or email address, telephone number, same payment account number, IP, or device? Have you, or your wife, activated any promotional offers when depositing funds?

Dear Petronella,


My wife is not live me. She lives in different town. She use different tools to play. She has a different address, she live far from me. She did not use any promotion. She made a registration with all of her details,her card and everthing is her own. I creared account for myself. Only similar things is th nickname that she and i used. that is all. She won a lot money in standard way,she had luck,however I loose a lot. But i don t mind. She and me live separately. If yu wish she can send you her documents. Do you have a power to override this decision of the casino? Can you help us?
