Salve gioco al casino online da molti anni mi è successa una cosa incredibile..!! Dal 1 al 9 dicembre ho perso quasi 20 000 euro di solito dopo al massimo 5 / 6 mila mi facevo recuperare più della metà

Contattando il sito scommettendo mi dicono che non dipende da loro e vedevano che sul mio conto gioco ce' quasi il 96 per cento che dovrebbe pagare ho continuato a giocare ancora altri 2000 euro e niente..!! Mi aiutate a capire cos è successo e quando mi farà recuperare qualcosa? C'è un modo per denunciare tutto questo mi sembra una truffa grazie aspetto un chiarimento

Buongiorno so bene che potrebbe essere un caso vincere al casino online la cosa che non mi è Chiara dopo anni che ci gioco e questa perdita continua quando mi a fatto sempre recuperare qualcosa con una somma inferiore

Visto che è tutto computerizzato vorrei sapere sul una percentuale alta di pagamento che dovrei avere quanto ancora dovrei perdere perché su 20000 euro è una cosa assurda ...stiamo parlando di un conto online

Salve certo ho discusso la loro risposta è stata che il casinò non è loro e prendono solo una piccola percentuale poi verificando il mio conto mi dicono che c'è un 96 per cento che dovrebbero pagare ma non è detto che mi fanno vincere perché è una cosa causale....quindi non sanno nemmeno loro cosa dirmi e mi consigliano di prendere una pausa che io non ho fatto , poi sapendo che la percentuale di vincita era alta ho continuato perché ho perso molto e ripeto non era mai successo da anni una cosa del genere vorrei capire come si evolve la cosa potete aiutarmi? Devo procedere per vie legale? riguardo la cronologia non c'e un modo per fare copia e incolla sono tante le giocate .

Per quanto riguarda le vincite, purtroppo non c'è certezza che il gioco restituisca una certa somma.

La percentuale di pagamento viene rispettata su scala nazionale e gioco per gioco.

In teoria il singolo giocatore puo' perdere anche centinaia di migliaia di euro, e non è detto che il gioco pagherà per forza.. perchè nel frattempo potrebbe aver vinto qualche altro giocatore.

Nel suo caso dal 01 dicembre al 09 dicembre, c'è un totale giocato di 124.777,45 e un totale vinto di 110.052,46; quindi per differenza ha perso 14.724,99 (di cui 500 di bonus fidelity). 

Al momento sul suo conto gioco c'è una percentuale di pagamento dell' 88% circa, ma non è detto che se continua a giocare deve per forza recuperare... anzi potrebbe continuare a perdere..

Quello che le consigliamo noi è di mettere delle autolimitazioni sul conto gioco, per evitare di arrivare a perdere queste somme.

Le ricordiamo infine che i giochi da casinò non sono nostri, ma sono di fornitori autorizzati e controllati dai monopoli di stato, e sono presenti su tutti i siti italiani; noi abbiamo una percentuale su quello che giocano i nostri clienti

First of all, this expected return is just a mathematical average. In short, anyone can get very lucky (or unlucky) and get a much bigger (or lesser) return than his expectation. However, if you play for a long time, your real return will be close to the expected return. In mathematics, this is called the law of big numbers. Many people wrongly believe that this means that if someone was very unlucky during some time period that he should get very lucky over the next period of time. Or that if the red number won on roulette ten times in a row, there is a bigger chance that the black one will win next. This is called Gambler's fallacy and it's not true.

Past results have no influence on future results.
