The player from Germany is complaining about poor selection of live dealers’ blackjack tables and high withdrawal limit for his preferred payment method. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.

The problem with the casino is that they offer only 2 live BJ games in under 50 euro minimum bet. There are just not enough games. So, I can't play the game I like, and since the only withdrawal method that suits me has a limit of at least 100 euros, I can't even take out the money. So, I am stuck there. When I contacted the customer representative, there response was like: it is what it is. The representative was more sarcastic than helpful. I would give zero stars to the casino if possible. I would just tell others to not waste there time and energy by going to this casino.

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. I have checked terms and conditions, and this is what I fund:

"The minimum withdrawal amount processed worldwide via Wire Transfer is €100 or the equivalent in your chosen currency. For transactions within EU the minimum withdrawal amount processed with Wire Transfer is €100 or the equivalent in your chosen currency. Exceptions can be made to players with a higher VIP status at the discretion of management."

Unfortunately, we cannot make a case solely based on what you are describing. Games’ selection and withdrawal limits are managed by the casino and we don’t have competency to change any of these. I’m sorry we couldn’t help you to resolve this situation, but, please do not hesitate to contact us if you run into any issues with this or any other casino. Please let me know if there is any additional information to support your case, otherwise, I will be forced to reject this complaint. Thank you for your understanding.
