The player's verification is delayed for less than 2 weeks. This complaint was closed as unresolved as the casino was given sufficient time to address and rectify the withdrawal problems.
I've been told it takes 1-5 days to verify and it's day 8 and still nothing has happened if you ask them about it, we're busy working on it.
