For several months, the player from Czech Republic has been experiencing technical difficulties while playing. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.
For the last 6 months, after a certain number of spins, I regularly see that either the game or the account is not available. When it tries to play the game again, it writes an error. It is not possible to get to the lobby, you have to close the whole page and reopen it.
