I'm truly sorry but on several occasions, I have requested from the player to confirm if the casino account has been successfully verified in the past. Unfortunately, I didn't receive any confirmation from the player to this day and it seems as if he refuses completely to cooperate. Therefore, I have no other option just to reject this complaint.
