The player from the UK won around £14 from a No Deposit bonus. When she wanted to withdraw her winnings, she was informed, that the minimum withdrawal limit is €500, so she continued playing until she lost all her money. We rejected this complaint because without an active balance there was nothing we could help the player with.

Hello I played with a £6 welcome bonus and won just over £14 so thought would try to withdraw £10, which most sites like Tombola, Buzz Bingo, Sky Vegas all let you do.

This one stated I needed to withdraw some form of 500?? It was displayed using a Euro pound sign, so it could have been less.

I am doubtful how these unknown sites work and just annoyed not to have been able to withdraw anything.

Needless to say, I continued playing and went back to 20p, not very impressed.

I understand that this situation would never happen if the minimum withdrawal limit wasn’t so high, however we could help you only if you had some balance left.
