The player's withdrawal is delayed for 4 days. The complaint was rejected as the player stopped responding.
I deposited a few hundred euros at Rubyvegas, I never use bonuses etc. and therefore not at Rubyvegas either. I was very lucky on slots and roulette so that on 5/30/22 I paid out a total of 8000€ via BTC (4x2000€ since 2000 is the maximum). The support said that a payout takes a maximum of two working days. Unfortunately after 4 working days still nothing happened today. It means that they check the operations etc. but for 4 days? I played normally without a bonus etc. ie they are now looking for any reasons or are hoping for cancellation.

Yes, that's the first payment. I've been verified since May 30th, 2022, unfortunately the payment still hasn't arrived...
Casino always answers the same, finance department reports as soon as possible.

After they put me off for 10 days, I canceled and paid out €2,500.
Of course they did it for so long, it would be good if you take something like that into account in the reputation.

Unfortunately we can do nothing as the time frame was less then 14 days as recommended above. I'm not entirely sure about your last post here - did you receive the money or canceled the withdrawal request?
