They are very unprofessional and unethical. The first day of my "withdrawal saga" began on April 27, 2024, and continues to this day. Requested my winnings to be paid thru check --- nothing to date!

The $100 was won on free play given to me thru my account on or about April 27th. I cashed out the said max cashout of $100 on that date and it took them 3 weeks or so to "authorize" and process out --- I requested a check and have not received one to this date.
