place few bets... try to withdraw money... but it was to small to withdraw so i place bet... win and it start... first to verify account i need to sent id and proof adress so i sent... next day they need selfie... after i sent selfie they block my withdraw and deposit... i asked on chat what happened... and they say that i broke rules 1.4 xd i am from sindicat xd yes i am 🙂 i am put people in to jail 🙂 already reported site but this is pure scam... they are collecting data people and use them like russian... i asked them about prove, answer was.. we dont need to prove nothing you break the rules end of story xd so maybe they will prove this to casino guru 🙂 i think they dont have license at all...

Could you please advise how long were you a player of the casino and when exactly was your account blocked? What games did you play to accumulate your current balance in the casino? (slots, live games, multiplayer) Did you achieve your current balance with or without an active bonus?

i play few days. i place only bet, i try to withdraw money but minimum withdraw was 120e and my balance was about 80 i think. So i place one bet made 165e and try to withdraw 150. I place bet on normal game, no mistake no nothing... never take bonus. When i try to withdraw i ask on livechat how long it can take. They say that my account need to verification process. I sent proof adres and photo both site ID. Withdraw still not accept. Ask on chat next day, why my withdraw is delayed and they say i need to sent selfie with id. I sent selfie and when i did this my account was blocked instant xD They said that i broke the rules 1.4 (sindicate etc.. if you how knowledge about sindicat vel mafia you need to informed local police etc. i know how it works exactly...) and they block my account. Site dont have any license. When i asked about license they said all is in terms and conditions... i read terms and condition, no info about license no nothing. This company is from Estonia, they all are Russian live in Estonia and site is pure scam. I know how it works... they confiscate money but this is not good enough so they need you id and then they resell them... I already alarmed Estonia Police what Russian (they are many Russian in Estonia...) doing. I dont care about the money i want to put those people in to jail 😉 and i will do my best 😉

yes, just playing sports using website. One device, one ip i assume. I connect by wi-fi. few bet and account was blocked instant after sent last documents. Playing not more than 10 bets, try to withdraw to check is website is not scam and get blocked xd In terms and conditions no info about license, asked about license on chat and no answer. Dont even know where to sent official complaints.

Please understand that if you only placed bets on sports betting and your account has been blocked, the casino probably detected activity that requires further investigation. Since we don't have enough insight into this field of online gambling, we wouldn't be able to interpret the casino's results of the investigation and/or their explanation correctly and judge this case fairly. We don't think that your complaint is unjustified, we just couldn't evaluate the issue properly. We would really like to help, but it is impossible for us this time.
