A SCAM.. I put a bet on a have been waiting for weeks for my winnings withdrawal to be processed. I have spoken to live chat on numerous occasions and they keep saying there is a backlog and we apologise for the delay without give a proper excuse as to why they aren't paying out. They keep telling me my money will be with me "soon". Please avoid this bookmakers at all costs

  • Could you please confirm that you have passed the KYC verification?
  • Did you accumulate your winnings with or without an active bonus?
  • When did you request the withdrawal?
  • Have you been advised why you can’t withdraw your winnings? Is it an internal casino system issue, or it’s related to your account only?
