I have problems here with verification. I send the all the documents, but nothing happened. i can t send only for requested date because my bank send me montly pdf transactions pdf. I can t receive a pdf document for the desired date, that's why I send them a pdf transaction for 2 months, but they don't accept it. Everything else is fine, but I don't understand where the problem is, since the last 2 months of my card have transactions. I hope that the matter will be resolved soon, because I have been waiting for this for some time. Thanks for your help.

Please understand that KYC is a very important and essential process, during which the casino makes sure that the money is sent to the rightful owner. As they don't have the luxury of being able to physically see all of the players and check their identification and documents, this is the only way gambling establishments are able to complete the verification procedures.
