The player from India made a withdrawal request on 4th August but has not yet received the funds. The support team informed him that his transaction was missing. The player did not respond to our questions and comments, so we rejected the complaint.
I have been placed a withdrawal of 95k on 4th August but I haven't yet received my money till now
But when I asked to support team they have been telling me that my transaction was missing I am unable to identify the mistake its been 18days till now
I need a help on this can some one help on this with quick solution
