Dear ma'am,

ROYALJEET blocked my account and didn't credited my winnings of 148+250+100+400 = 898 INR to my account which I won in game named DREAM CATCHER & When I called the customer support they asked me my documents for verification, later they told me to wait for next 48 hours . After few days when I called them they were saying sorry that withdrawal can't be processed as you have breached our terms and conditions. This is totally wrong ma'am , I didn't breached any of their terms and conditions. Please help me to get my money back ma'am , I am helpless 😭🙏

Yes I provide them my all personal documents which they asked me for verification and also my KYC verification was passed and approved . I also asked them to show me the proof were I breached your terms and conditions. They replied me that , we don't have any specific proof of that , you had just breached any of the terms and condition, at last they said that your account will not be unblocked and withdrawal can't be processed , we cannot help you further regarding this.

We would like to ask the casino to reply to this complaint. We are extending the timer by 7 days. If the casino fails to respond in the set time frame, we will close the complaint as ‘unresolved’ which may negatively affect its rating.

I have tried to contact the casino repeatedly but had no success. I'm afraid there is not much that can be achieved without cooperation from its side. Since the casino operates without a valid license and doesn't refer to any ADR service, there is no gaming authority to turn to. 


I will mark the complaint as "unresolved" in our system. I understand this isn't a satisfactory solution to your issue. However, the decrease in the rating caused by unresolved complaints could help to change the casino's approach. If the casino decides to react, we will reopen the complaint and you will be notified by email.
