The player from India made a deposit into the casino account by bank transfer but the funds seemed to be lost. The player later confirmed that the issue was resolved before we invited the casino to the thread. The complaint is resolved.

I diposit 15000 INR on date 19-12-22 at 11:55 hrs to Royaljeet casino via bank transfer method (money transfered to Blue space technology account no.1437********4916 at that time money was transfered successfuly and didcted from saving,but didn't credited to royaljeet account wallet.I chatted everyday with support staff,but didn't got proper answer and diposit request was sowing processing till date.Then on 28th December I got email form support staff that for some technical issue diposit not processed and it will refunded soon to my bank account.But till date I didn't receive my money in my bank account.

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem.

I would like to warn you, that if your deposit has never been credited to your casino account, the only thing you can do is to contact your payment provider. They need to investigate, but bear in mind, that it’s a lengthy process which takes approximately one month. In these cases, casino has its hands tied. Meanwhile, I would strongly recommend not depositing any more funds until the issue is sorted.

If the money got lost during the transaction, it’s going to take some time before it’ll be credited to your casino account.

Could you please advise if it was your first deposit in this casino?

First of all thanks for investigation.Yes this is my first diposit to this casino.I asked them to give payment proverder's detail,but they denied.So what to do now?

The refund is not processed yet from casino side.Its still showing processing in diposit request section.so its still payment proverder in picture.First the casino have to process the fefund process.

I fully understand your frustration, rathodrajesh15. As I mentioned earlier, it may take some time for the funds to be located and refunded back to your bank account or credited to your casino account. Therefore, I will set the timer for additional 12 days allowing to casino one full month to investigate, as it is not entirely in their hands, and if there’s no development by then, we will intervene. Let’s stay positive and wait for the good news regarding your deposited funds. Thank you in advance for your patience and understanding.

I contact today royaljeet casino support,they are not giving proper answer.still my diposit is showing pending in deposit request section.its not refunded yet after almost a month.please help.
