However, after our intervention and reminders about the possible 14-day withdrawal processing time, the player informed us that he had received his winnings. Hello! I played in Royal game casino, I paid about 300 euros. now that I have won 70,000 HUF, the money is not paid, I tried to withdraw it twice, but it is not checked on the account. the chat only makes me believe that it will be today, the next day it says again that it will be today...... I requested payment by bank card but after 5 working days I transferred the money back, then I thought that skrill would be faster, so I asked for the transfer, but 4 working days passed and still "account under control". please help me! Thanks!

Could you please advise if your account is already verified and if yes, since when exactly? Did you accumulate your winnings with real money or did you use a bonus? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

Hello! My account is not verified, it has been "under verification" for 7 days. But no one is looking, there are 3 working days in the payment policy, but 5 have already passed. I played for real money, not with a bonus! 04/14/2024 last spoke live chat, they told me not to worry and that they would hurry it up. I think this is a scam casino! I requested the payment on 04.07.2024, but nothing happens.....
