Verification process it's about week time very long they answered very slow like on ce per day or 2 days depends I provide all needed documents I spoke yesterday to the casino send them tax return and they ask for apostille tax return document what is not possible to get it u need to pay money to get this document .ITS SOMETHING SUSPICIOUS FOR ME.They just making difficult to pay me my money .This document needed when u taking mortgage not withdraw money from casino !!! That's ridiculous to do the picture with id face and computer on the background with they website what about I don't have computer but thanks god I have .... Absolutely joke never have that's difficult with verification. Maximum they ask me photo with face and Id not this crazy posing. For me is more like they wanna steal my all details not verificated my account
