hello. I am having a problem with cashing out at rooster.bet All documents has been sent and approved. The casino keeps cancelling my withdrawal requests and asking to request a new withdrawal using other withdrawal method. when i request withdrawal with other withdrawal method they keep saying that they have technical issues and there is no time frame when they will fix it. it sounds like a scam. i am gambling for more than 7 years and i know when casino is trying to scam people. i have offered them a solution that i can request withdrawal to my crypto wallet since bank transfer or visa withdrawal are not available because they are having ''technical issues''. which they declined. can u ask rooster.bet representative to join our conversation?

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.

I have passed the KYC process and my withdrawal was approved, after 3 days i wrote a letter to rooster.bet support and asked them, where is my withdrawal? What payment provider are u using? After one hour i recieved a reply to my email stating that my withdrawal was canceled. How is that possible? It was approved and sent to my bank account 3 days ago. That is strange. Then i asked what is wrong. They told me that they have ''technical issues'' with bank transfers and visa withdrawal methods. And they do not have a time frame when they will fix that. then i told them, let me cashout via crypto. Which they replied that it's not possible. Sounds like a scam right? When a honest casino has technical issues with some withdrawal methods, they allow people to withdraw winnings with alternative withdrawal methods like crypto wallet.
