Hi there I read a lot of bad reviews and complaints on this casino only after I attempted to withdraw because I became suspicious of the lack of communication and the time it is taking to process my withdrawal, I have tried to withdraw the maximum for 1 day which is $800 and now this withdrawal has been sitting there for over 24 hours and on their site it says 24 hours. I’m beginning to worry that I won’t receive my money when I in fact played fair and square

I originally deposited using Neosurf vouchers, now they are saying I cannot withdraw any money via bank transfer because I didn’t deposit via bank transfer and that’s not even an option

They are now saying I just do a minimum crypto deposit then I will be able to withdraw my money in crypto, it sounds like a scam and when I do this I feel like they won’t pay out the original funds I won which was not deposited through crypto

I have now tried to do the minnimum crypto deposit but it won’t allow me, I canceled my withdrawal and then tried to withdraw again and now it’s saying my withdrawal limit has been reached even though I have no pending withdrawals.

pdate/ I have just received a email of them saying this.
they are saying I must make a a deposit in crypto because that is the only method it offers for withdrawal and deposit for me, but their website clearly states that if you have deposited and they don’t offer that same withdrawal method they will find a withdrawal solution for you, there’s nothing about a minimum deposit, I done some further research and found a complaint on casino guru where they even told a customer they don’t have to make a minimum deposit, this all seems very sketchy.

file Update: I was told by one of the staff I needed to do a minnimum deposit via crypto because these were the only options available that I could deposit and withdraw. I have now done the minimum deposit and canceled my bank withdrawal and instead withdrew the $800 (remaining balance to withdraw is $1200) to lite coin, hopefully they can pay this out now I’ll keep u updated

filepdate: after going by their rules I received my first withdrawal of $800 today 4/8/2024 now after trying to withdraw another $700 I have been told that I have not reached the "mandatory deposit wager" when I haven’t deposited any money and was able to withdraw today.
