Casino is delaying withdrawal. KYC verified, still asking for more and more documents. Even for video showing my ID etc.... I sent them the video the withdraw, and my verification is delayed for 1 week now.

Please understand that KYC is a very important and essential process, during which the casino makes sure that the money is sent to the rightful owner. As they don't have the luxury of being able to physically see all of the players and check their identification and documents, this is the only way gambling establishments are able to complete the verification procedures. None of the serious and licensed casinos take KYC lightly and it might take a few working days to complete this thorough process. 

  • Could you please advise which documents you have already provided and when exactly did you send the last one?
  • When did you request your withdrawal?
  • Did you accumulate your winnings with or without an active bonus?
  • Could you please share your communication with the casino regarding the verification? Send emails or chat transcripts to my email at dominika.l@casino.guru, or post screenshots here.

As you can see I'm "verified on the site" today I got this email to send them a video holding my ID, date written on a paper, wave my hand in front of my face etc.... I feel like a clown for actualy sending them a video about this.

They already got my :

- Photo of my credit card

- Photo of my ID card

- Screenshot of my online banking ( That they rejected idk why )

- Bank statement

-Proof of address


I've seen on the site that this casino was under the same management as their other casino " wishcasino". They did this to me that time too. Their responsible gaming tools are rigged, you can delete a monthly loss controll after 24h. I've struggling to not play with my winnings, and they prey on this so they delay the verification process for weeks. They did this to me once in their other casino. As I've read they ask birth certificate and other ridiculous proofs for KYC after you send them a video.

I never been humiliated like this ever. I really feel like a clown to send videos like this.

I got a reply from their support that I have to wait an another 5 business day for the video to be verified. They ask for documents one by one waiting for a day or two before it gets verified or rejected, prolonging the verification process. I'm afraid that this casino will deny any payouts again, thats why I ask you guys to resolve this. I don't want to wait for my money for weeks, or even months. They accept payments without any verification, they should atleast make the verification process fast.


I win everything without a bonus I requested my first withdrawal yesterday, because u can't request any withdrawals before your KYC has been verified. And it has been rejected today for "further verification".

Rocketwin still didn't verify my account after 5 working days, there is no answer for verification.

Their support team don't know anything, they just shrug you off with please be patient etc.

They are delaying and delaying again.

Next week is already past 5 business day. And not minimum 5 days. Their TOS sais that it will be done in 5 business day. Sorry working days, because its a shitty broken english translation. Probably because this is a russian scamsino.

You can close this case, I give up on chasing a few hundred bucks. It just makes me furious time to quit gambling. And you guys should remove all sites like this from this site, because you are part of the problem. Thanks for nothing
