I requested a withdrawal on September 15th and it's been 2 weeks today since I still haven't received my money. They always tell me that the withdrawal is being processed and will be resolved in about 1 or 2 days. The support always responds to me but they are quite repetitive and are not clear about the process of my withdrawal I need the money and I've been waiting for 2 weeks and I've sent all my documents.

My account has been fully verified since September 13th! I didn't use any bonuses, it was real money. I speak to the casino every day and they always tell me that they have faced a problem and are taking care of it 'I've been waiting 15 days!
