I got message about reload bonus up to 200e 100%. I deposited 200e and took The bonus. I followed every bonusterm very closely and im 100% sure i didn't break them.


I did The wagering on Time and managed to win 1000e. I Made withdrawal for that amount. First it was on pending state for 8 days. Even I had done KYC already. Then they asked new documents. I provided them and soon i got email message from The casino that they have took 900e from me since a breached a bonusrule. They didn't Even point out The exact rule i broke. They just copypasted whole bonusrules to My email. I have tried to ask which rule I broke but im only getting same generic email. Ill add it as an attachment.


Im 100% sure i didn't break any bonusrule and that might Be The reason why they dont wanna point it out since i havent broken any rule.


Its literally joke since My deposit were 200e and they "returned" only half of that to my gaming account. So i got 100e to My gaming account and they literally stole 900e from me.

I asked many times why they only return 100e when my deposit were 200e. I got only same copypaste answer from support. I'll attact it to this message.


I have been spoken with casino The whole week but this is only answer im getting. No matter who is answering to my email. So i havent got any message which rule I actually broke. I have asked that many times.
