The player played with bonus and won €300. He requested a withdrawal and it was approved. Then, he received a phone call from the manager who informed him that his winnings were forfeited. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.

I deposit 50 euro and played  with a 300% bonus. After my wagering is over their financial team told me that they will proceed my withdraw and they made me a skrill cashout for 300 euro. My cashout was pending for five days and then I received an email that my cashout it was approved. After a while their vip manager called me and said that I violet the minimum bet requirements and my cashout will forfeit. After they approved my cash out 2 times they decide to forfeit it

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint through our website. I’m sorry to hear about the problem with your winnings. I agree that it is not completely fair that they approved the withdrawal twice and then they decided to confiscate your money. 

I would like to help you, but I am not sure about the minimum bet requirements you mentioned in your complaint. Didn’t you mean the maximum bet? I checked their T&Cs and I found information only about maximum bet being 30% of the value of the deposit.
